How my journey began

As a former 3-Time Big Ten Champion, NCAA All-American, and Olympic Trials Qualifier, I bring years of experience and expertise in competitive swimming to my coaching. I have coached at the collegiate level and have also worked with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping them to improve their technique, build endurance, and achieve their aquatic goals. My approach to coaching takes a holistic view, understanding that success in swimming requires not just physical training, but mental and emotional preparation as well. When you work with me, you'll get personalized coaching tailored to your individual needs and goals, helping you to become the best swimmer you can be. With my passion, experience, and dedication to swimming, I can help you take your swimming to the next level.

With a love for the Bay Area and the aquatic culture that thrives here, I'm excited to offer my coaching services to the surrounding San Francisco community. Whether you're a competitive swimmer looking to reach new heights, or a beginner looking to learn how to swim, I'm dedicated to helping everyone in the community achieve their aquatic goals. My private swim lessons are available in various locations around San Francisco, making it easy for everyone to receive the personalized coaching they need to succeed in the water.
